Adopted from the 4Paws network. A child of divorce she is a great addition to our family.

Lucy is one of the sweetest dogs you could ever know. Full of life and a real light in her eyes. Very appropriate really as her name means light.

A ‘Stoodle’ – Silky Terrier Miniture Poodle cross, Lucy loved investigating, particularly in the garden when the Boss or I were in there doing stuff. She just had to be a part of it.

Sadly, no longer with us anymore. She is greatly missed.

Sam the man as we call him at home is a wonderful dog. Rescued from the Vet after being dumped. He has been with us now for over 13 wonderful years. I think he knows how lucky he is …. just look at the photo!

Sam is a ‘Moodle’ (Maltese miniture Poodle cross for the uninitiated). He in his early days could just tip the scales at a whopping 4 kg.

I have never met a more friendly, gentle little creature in my life. Likes nothin more than sitting on his ‘dad’s’ lap and snoozing when he does.

Tis the night before…..

It is the night before my 39th birthday and low and behold I am starting something that I have always intended on doing…..BLOG! I have no idea why I am starting now. I’m sure I don’t suddenly have anything to say… at least any more than I did yesterday.

However, I think I might stay right away from work (though I’m sure there will be some influence occasionally) and stick to my personal interests and observations.

I have added a link to my online Flickr site so you can browse through my life in images (public ones anyway). You will of course notice when you do the heavy amount of pics of the ‘furkids’. As the ‘Boss’ and I do not have children our lives do tend to rotate around these hairy children of ours.

The three amigos below are the light of our lives. Sadly Lucy is no longer with us. She was very special!
